General Terms of Sales
* $100.00 (non refundable) deposit per horse will hold your horse. *Horses are available for inspection at any time with appointment. *Buyer may have horses inspected by a Vet. at their expense prior to purchase by appointment. *A variety of payment options are available. (All accounts must be paid in full by 45 days.) *No horse will be picked up or delivered until they are paid for in full with cash or you must give check or paypal time to clear. *If you pay with paypal/credit card any fees that are charged to seller must be paid by the buyer. *Shipping can be provided at buyer's expense. * We will be glad to hold your purchased horses free of charge up to 30 days or foals until they are weaned. *After 30 days you will be charged $4.00 a day for boarding and feed. This does not cover any Vet or Ferrier Fees. *Discounts may be given if multiple horses are purchased. *Monies paid are non refundable but may be applied to the purchase of a different horse. *Seller will provide all available paper work on horses.
